There are some problems only bloggers face, like stressing out over the quality of old photos. Cedar & Moss asked to feature my kitchen in their lookbook, since our kitchen showcases a pair of C&M alto brass pendants above our island. It was the perfect excuse to retake photos of my kitchen, since my photography skills have improved a little bit over the years.
I get a lot of questions about the color of our cabinets. The navy is Cyberspace by Sherwin Williams which we color matched to Kelly Moore Dura Poxy paint (for it’s durability and rave reviews on handling high traffic areas). Depending upon the time of day, the cabinets read a super dark, moody navy, and during the lightest part of the day they read much brighter. I like these photos I’m sharing today because they show the truest color of our cabinets. I personally love a paint that changes color throughout the day.

To me your photos are always the bomb! ;) Love your kitchen. Happy Mother’s Day weekend.
Thank you doll! And happy mothers day to you too!
So into navy kitchens right now – love this!

I love your kitchen!! I would like the same color cabinets but Cyberspace looks like a neutral dark grey online. Did you combine it with another color?
Definitely get a sample and paint a white board or something, it looks totally different when it leaves the can, or in this case-web page! But to answer your question, nope, it’s straight cyberspace!
Any idea on who designed or produced the dining room chairs? They’re super rad.
Dang, I don’t! But they’re fairly common, check out chairish or etsy or craigslist!
I’ve been seeing so many kitchens and living rooms in navy blue that it accually starts to grow on me and I quite like neutrals. :)
ok, now you are going to think I’m stalking you ;o) After loving your bathroom vanity ( thanks for the help on the dimensions) and drooling over your backyard, I just found THIS!! I am ALSO painting my cabinets navy, with white subway and marble counter tops. I think you might need to be my new BFF :0) AND I live in Northern CA too :o) Anyway, I’m having so much fun browsing all your gorgeous inspiration!
I’m happy that I might be able to use some of the same vendors, resources etc. Would you mind sharing the cabinet shop info that built your vanity? Also the blue paint color name on your kitchen cabinets? Thanks a million!!
Joe Henley of Henley’s cabinets in Concord built the vanity. The color of our kitchen cabinets is Cyberspace by Sherwin Williams. Don’t be alarmed, the swatch looks almost black!
my secret! jk, you can find them at: http://www.ferroushardware.com/
Hi, love your kitchen. You mentioned Cyberspace, but it is a dark gray color: https://www.sherwin-williams.com/homeowners/color/find-and-explore-colors/paint-colors-by-family/SW7076-cyberspace#/7076/?s=similarColors&p=PS0
Could you double check the name for the navy color? Would love to use it.
Also, where did you find your hardware?! Thanks!!
Ha, you’re funny. No need to double check, this is the color I used! Go grab a test pot and paint a piece of foam board and prop it up in your kitchen. Trust me! It’s Navy once it leaves the paint can.
Hi! I love your kitchen! Which grey paint did you use on your walls? Thank you for your help!
Thank you! The paint is Paperwhite by Benjamin Moore
Hi! Your kitchen is beautiful! I’m doing blue cabinets in mine as well but can’t find the right wall color. What color did you paint your walls? It looks like the perfect off-white. Thanks! :)
Wow… I missed the comment directly above my last one where you specify the wall color. Sorry!
Just finishing my remodel and want to thank you for sharing your paint color. I was having the hardest time finding just the right navy/charcoal grey. I would have NEVER picked cyberspace from the paint chip but it’s perfect! People, don’t be afraid! Cyberspace looks pure grey on the chip but reads navy (but not nautical navy) in real life.
Exactly!!! Thank you for corroborating this!
