    • What a jaw dropping makeover, right?
    • What are your thoughts on this new announcement?
    • We just added this to our kitchen appliances, do you have one? We LOVE it!
    • We just bought these chairs for our patio. A perfect case of classic meets modern. PS they’re on sale right now, scoop them up before they’re gone!

I started running again, finally! I haven’t held a steady exercise routine since Zano was born. Last Friday was his 1 year birthday and the excuses are over! Anyway, if I put it out there on the internet I’m more inclined to stay honest about it.  Finding the time is the hardest thing! How do you other mom’s do it?

    Have a fantastic weekend!

    1. How long have you had those outdoor chairs? I have considered them for my patio, but I always worry about long-term durability with Target products. I don’t think they are carried in any of my local stores, so I can’t check them out. I have to have things that can withstand the crazy heat down here in Austin. I have also considered the Seward chat set (Emily Henderson featured it yesterday in her gorgeous patio reveal…PS: I want to be her when I grow up) because it’s cheaper and still cute and if it falls apart after a year I won’t be out as much money, but I can’t decide!

      1. Great question! I think Adirondack chairs in general are known for their longer life since they’re made out of wood, traditionally. These ones are definitely made out of wood, but are coated in whatever color. We’ve only had them for a month, they’ve been outside that entire time and no problems so far.

    2. I hear you on the working out. My daughter is 18m and I finally started working out again right before she turned one. I was mostly a runner before she was born but realized my body changed after having her so I started Barre3 to restore my muscles… It’s a mix of yoga/Pilates/ballet and I’m in the best shape of my life and I’m even able to run again. They have a great daycare setup. The thing I found I needed most was that 1 hr to myself. I wasn’t pushing a jogging stroller or doing “mommy and me yoga”.. I was just taking care of myself for 60 min. Having that time to myself made me want to make it a priority each day. It truly changed my life. That being said, I need to go in the morning (after breakfast and before nap) otherwise, I know I won’t pull it together. Good luck!

      1. Thank you for sharing! I’m motivated to find a spot that will help with daycare too, and i’ve always wanted to try barre classes! And running with a stroller is SO hard right? I definitely get a better workout in when I’m working out sans babe lol.

    3. I’ve heard so many great things about the soda stream, I’m definitely adding it to my wish list! And that kitchen? Wow!! I wouldn’t even know it was the same space!

    4. That picture is too cute! Just started working out again and my baby just turned 2. I try to do a lot of walks (sometimes jog) with the stroller. We also do a lot of walks outside and while she is slowly exploring I do lunges, high knees, etc.
