This week’s “Friday Faves” is inspired by my submission to The Home Depot Holiday Challenge! For those of you unfamiliar with the Holiday Challenge, Home Depot gathers a bunch of talented bloggers as early as mid-summer, then sends them a mystery box (more like 4 mystery boxes!) full of holiday decor goodies, then asks each blogger to decorate a space in their home. I chose to decorate our bedroom. “Your bedroom?!” you might ask? Well, you’ll just have to read the whole post to find out the reasons behind our decision :P
// ONE Striped Duvet Cover – PotteryBarn Teen // TWO Original bulldog painting – Sasha Lynn// THREE Frosted Spruce Christmas Tree – The Home Depot // FOUR 12″ disco ball – vintage, similar found here or here// FIVE Martha Stewart gold mix ornaments – The Home Depot // SIX Zebra hide rug – vintage, but similar one found here or here // SEVEN Polka dot sheets & shams – PotteryBarn Teen
After you grab all these items, all you need is a stunning blue wall as your backdrop! Check out this post for more sources from our gallery wall.
Have a great weekend everyone!
There are just so many things that I want. Those sheets are a must I think. And I have been eyeballing a gold disco ball too.
Absolutely gorgeous, Brittany! Love love love those gold sheets!
Gah! Why must you tempt me so, Brittany?! You know I love every.single.thing in this round-up. Now, I must go figure out what spot in my home is crying out for a disco ball…
Where did you get the frosted succulent on the tree? I want a bunch!
From Michael’s!
❤️❤️❤️❤️
Love all of it!!
I am so close to hitting the “buy now” button on the disco ball…so.so.close. Those guys are growing on me. ;)
Haha I totally understand! You could always start off with small ones, I hear Cost Plus is selling ornament sizes 2 for $5!
I’ve had my eye on that polka dot sheet set from pottery barn. They have the best bedding! I loved all the details in your home depot post!
