I loooooove fonts, especially FREE fonts! I know, that sounds mean and cheap, but If I had all the money I would definitely pay for fancy fonts, since someone's hard work and sweat went into creating them.
I've spent hours and hours searching thousands of free fonts. More time than I'd like to admit, actually… There are many sites out there that host free fonts, and the ones I've found to be the most trustworthy include FontSpace, DaFont, AZ Fonts, and Google Web Fonts. Each site includes basic instructions on how to download and install the font. Also, I've linked up each image below to make it a little easier on ya.
